About this Site

Primarily this site is an offering by Zenju Earthlyn Marselean Manuel. This site ties together Dharma and ancestral or indigenous wisdom from African and Native American cultures. As Dharma is indigenous to India or eastern cultures and traditions, Buddha’s teachings easily cross into the wisdom of ancient tribes from Africa, South America, and the Native tribes of North America. As we are taught that all things are interrelated in Buddha’s teachings, we can say then that all teachings addressing the cosmology of spirit and wisdom is present within our lives.

Please enjoy the spirit of this offering.

  2. I was in your class at EBMC, What your bones know. I enjoyed that class deeply and reading A Deeply Nourished Life touched me and I offered it to a friend who is grieving and I know will find solace in it. Thank you so much for this site and I hope to once again see you at EBMC,

  3. I found a poem of yours on the “Be Love” Facebook page. it begins with “May what is heavy become light…” thank you for wrting this poem for me. My only birth son was born and died in May and it would take far too many words to express how I felt as I read each line begining with May and ending with an affirmation so I will use your words… May all of what we know Be Love. What a glorious moment for me Thank you.
    Love

    • Hi Susmita, the individuals of the peaceful revolution must be at peace with their own lives or else we bring only our rage. Rage is good but what else…
